We mailed postcard stds, and they were successfully delivered with 28-cent stamps. I think they match the measurements your provided above. Just as an FYI, though, postcard postage prices are expected to go up in a month or two, I believe.
Here is the info straight from the horse's mouth.
Postcard:
• Maximum size is 6” long X 4 1/4” high
• Minimum size is 5” long X 3 1/2” high
Anything in between these numbers is fine.

Is it 44 cents or 28 cents to send a small postcard (4x5.25 inches)? I'm getting conflicting information on the internet and I'd like to order some stamps for our RSVP postcards.
Can anyone help? Does anyone know for sure?
