Weddingbee boards

Hi all!

We are finally starting to get settled in our new house and got internet today. I've missed WB and my blog reading so much. We decided for sure during the move to cancel our Sedona wedding in May. We told our families and some of our friends and everyone has been really supportive. It seems like we aren't the only ones who are relieved. I think a lot of our friends & family are not in a financial position to make the trip, even though they would have found a way to do it. We still have to call the rest of the guestlist and tell them and I have to tell the venue, trolley co. & baker.

We want to plan to go off on our own somewhere (don't know where yet) and then have some type of party when we get back. FI's parents will throw a party for us back in Maine as well. I'll still wear my dress and I want to have a photog take lots of pics of us. As soon as we are more settled, we'll start planning our elopment. I'm so excited now that the pressure of the not-so-big WW is gone!

@cre- I am still pondering Paris. Have to check out requirements & legalities & costs, of course. I need to make a list of possible places. Sounds like you've been planning away like crazy while I've been gone. I need to catch up!

I am feeling excited again with the endless possibilites now that we are starting from scratch and don't have to accomodate anyone else!
