First off congrats...YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED!!
Second, relax, I felt the same before my wedding but it was just nerves. Once I started getting ready and hanging with the girls the pains went away completely because I was relaxed!
If you have the physical symptoms I don't think it would hurt to take some advil for the pain and drink some ginger ale?
Good luck today, you'll have a wonderful time!
It definitely could be stress. You should have someone run to the store for you and grab omeprazole. Sometimes when we get stressed our stomachs produce more acid and that could be what's making you nauseous. Good luck and avoid pop, it'll just make it worse. Have a great wedding!
Bummer! Have you tried drinking plenty of clear liquids to make certain that you're hydrated? Also, eat bland foods slowly, such as crackers and breads. You might also want to consider some Pepto Bismal to control the symptoms too.
Relax, breathe, and take it all in! Everything will be okay! Congratulations and best wishes on your marriage!
@MsMiso: relax, take a deep breath and ask some members of your family or your friends to help you out and run to the store and get you some ginger ale and some saltines. also, as suggested by a previous bee...take some advil or better yet, dramamine. believe it or not, i find that helps when i am nauseous.
best to you and yours on your wedding.
Hope you feel better! Maybe when all the excitement gets going, you'll forget all about it? Happy Wedding Day!
I am 99.99% sure it's stress! It's just part of being a bride, I was shocked at how stressed out I got in the days leading up to the wedding (and everything was planned and done way ahead of time, and I'm not a high stress/drama type of person). Good luck today, I think you will feel a lot better once the day gets going and you can just roll with things. It's the sitting around thinking that makes it worse.
sounds like anxiety, I get the same way. Try deep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Also try a relaxing lotion or oil like lavender, breathe the scents. OR get out all of your thoughts on paper......write as much as you can like journaling, you can keep it or rip it up and throw it away. Congrats on your wedding day! Enjoy it!! have fun and take care.
oh honey, it must be stress. the other bees have given good advice- take something, drink lots of clear liquids (hey- vodka is clear!), and most of all, just focus on all the wonderful stuff happening around you!

Im not sure what the problem is, but I have felt sick since monday. Stomach/intestinal pain, a little nausea. I thought I had the flu but I have not thrown up and anything like that. I just feel sick all day, for days now. Could this really just be stress? Im afraid Im going to get sick at my wedding
