    OK Bees, this is it. I have been complaining about my weight, my body, everything! I'm sick of it, I need to just step up and do what I need to do to stop complaining!

    Starting today...

    I'm going to be working out for at least 30 minutes a day

    I'm going to ACTUALLY stick with my WW points, it's really not that difficult

    I need to stop thinking about food ALL the dang time! 

    I'm not going to eat when I'm not hungry, HELLO! that's why I gain duh!

    No more chowing down at the counter, I shall sit and enjoy my food, not scarf it :)

    I need to wait 20 minutes after I eat so I don't just keep eating when I'm not hungry.

    WATER, WATER, WATER!

    This is all pretty much for my own motivation, I just need to write it down for you Bees to see :) You know... hold me accountable!

    You go lady! Weight loss is rough, but can be very rewarding if it makes you feel happy and healthier.

    This sounds like a good plan! I just joined dailymile to log my workouts--it's a really nice social site centered around fitness. If you have some friends on there they can comment on your workouts, send you motivation etc, and it has some nice graphs and stats for workouts. :)
