OK Bees, this is it. I have been complaining about my weight, my body, everything! I’m sick of it, I need to just step up and do what I need to do to stop complaining!
I’m going to be working out for at least 30 minutes a day
I’m going to ACTUALLY stick with my WW points, it’s really not that difficult
I need to stop thinking about food ALL the dang time!
I’m not going to eat when I’m not hungry, HELLO! that’s why I gain duh!
No more chowing down at the counter, I shall sit and enjoy my food, not scarf it 🙂
I need to wait 20 minutes after I eat so I don’t just keep eating when I’m not hungry.
WATER, WATER, WATER!
This is all pretty much for my own motivation, I just need to write it down for you Bees to see 🙂 You know… hold me accountable!
