What does this have to do with pets?  Oh only the fact that while I was walking my dog, my roommates boyfriend left for work.  And locked the door.   So now I'm sitting at work (an office job, mind you) with my 45lb dog.

Luckily, I was all ready and live within walking distance of my office.  But I'm here...with a dog under my desk.  So far no one has said anything....

That sucks! It's kind of funny, but I really hope you don't get into trouble. It's good that she's well enough behaved to have flown under the radar so far.

Your post makes me laugh. Sorry Sealed I imagine having my dog at work under my desk. That little bugger will make a lot of noise and runs around.

Heehee miss biner - good luck to you and kudos for finding a place within walking distance to work! :)

If this dog under desk thing works out, maybe you can sneak her in every once in a while!

You are lucky your dog is only 45 pounds! My dog is 140 pounds - no way I could hide him under any desk!!

@Melissabegins: I actually bought the condo after we decided to move offices.  My bosses were looking at it to be a corporate condo for our CEO to stay in when he comes in town.  But I put it under contract before they even got a chance to look at it.

Oh man!! I got a good laugh at your expense...sorry. At least your dog is well-behaved. If that were my dog...the jig would be up in abt 10 seconds. Maybe you can meet your roomy at lunchtime to drop the dog off and get your stuff.

@JamaicaBride: That's the plan!  Her boyfriend came back by to try and open it up with a credit card, but instead broke two cards and his ID!  Serves him right.

@Miss Biner:  Oh no!  I'm glad your dog behaves though!  How did you sneak the dog in and no one saw though? :)  My dog is only 9.5 pounds but he can't sit still I swear and it would never work out.  As for the boyfriend and his cards BWAHAHAHAHA

I came in through the parking deck elevator.  And I got here at 7:45am so there was no one else on the floor.  She's still being quiet.  Although, I'm getting hungry for lunch...It's a shame I can tuck some money and a lunch order under her collar and send her down to chik-fil-a.

You should send her out to get lunch, that would be so funny!  Hopefully they unlock your apartment soon so you can return her!

I'm sorry you're locked out!  Even though she can't take your lunch order, it's nice to have the company -  my dog comes to work with me almost every day, so I don't think it's weird at all!
