Weddingbee boards

So last weekend was my wedding weekend and I decided to flock to Wedding bee after things the last couple of days have died down!

Let me start of with saying, WOW! what a whirlwind of a day! I tried to soak in as much as I could but it was so tough when hours in the day felt like only minutes!

Bee's it was beautiful! It truly was everything I imagined and dreamed of. If anything had or did go wrong, I never knew about it! It was that perfect day that everyone dreams of!

Us girls started the day at 6:30am, my stomach was in knots all morning! there were a few tears here and there, good food and good friends and laughs to start off the morning. After hair and makeup for all the girls and myself it was already 12:30! HOLY MOLY! I was getting married in an hour!

We headed to my DH's parents house (where the ceremony was taking place) and got my dress on and was practically out the door! seriously - when I ment it was a whirlwind of a day I meant it!

I sawa my dad and I started bawling, the ugly cry face made its appreance. As we were walking we reached a point where I broke down completly and my dad and I stopped for a split second where he said "do you want to stop?" HA! I said NO wiped away the tears and trugged it down the aisle (luckily we had a long aisle and not many people saw the breakdown) I made my way down the aisle not even remember seeing anyone but my groom - standing up there, obviously trying to keep his composure. Later on he told me he was sorry he didn't look at me that much, he was only trying not to cry because of how beautiful I was...aww!

We were pronounced man and wife, we kissed, we hugged, we visted family and friends and had a huge group photo on the lawn! I can't wait to see it!

pictures came and went and it was the reception time! everything looked stunning in the art gallery, I had to take a minute to soak it all in because everything we had worked for was finally put all together, and it was amazing! we had great food, great toasts and great laughs!

next was our first dance, I sang to him the entire time he laughed at me! then more people joined in and we danced the night away (oh and drank the night away too - our bar tab set us waaaay over budget! lol)

obviously there are more and more details to our day but that it for another time!

I can't wait to show pictures. So far I have only seen a coupld of pics from Facebook! other than that I draw a blank on how my day looked lol

I was in a wedding on the 22nd too, and it made me realize just how quickly the day is going to go by.  All this planning, and it only lasts six hours or so.  :)  I learned a lot, actually, about what can help keep me "present" on the day itself.

@lemilile - those are pomanders having from the head table chairs, I had 2 on my chair! cause im special like that - we also had 6 hanging abover the head table and 6 hangin from the roof (you can kind of see them in the same pic) I ended up having 24 pomanders (12 from chairs at ceremony, 6 to hang above head table and 6 that were suppose to be used for our alter but ended up getting the arch shown in the pics and just put the pomanders on the ground) I really like how it all turned out
