Today is the last day they will hold our date till we send someone a check, and now im nervous :/ I dont know if I like the one we picked. Im so nervous right now, I think I wanna change my mind REALLY bad, but I think Fiance is already set on the one he wants 🙁
St louis university state room:
It is about $500 cheaper, it looks more formal, the ceilings are very WOW.
St louis city museum:
A little more then we first planned on spending, its a brighter room, more of a whimsical feel. the guests will have something to do while we have our pictures taken.
I cant find pictures of the museum set up as ceremony right now but heres the room:
visit there site to see what the place is like: http://www.citymuseum.org/site/
Im not gonna tell you guys yet the one I thought we had decided on, I wanna hear what one you like first 😉
oh and heres my dress if you wanna picture that with the venue:

Is it just for the ceremony? If so I really like the university best. But I do agree it is a little dark. Could you add lighting to make it a bit brighter?

@Future Mrs. W: yes just for the ceremony. Theres the lights on top and then theres the side windows that kinda are up toward the ceiling more… I think that first pic might have been a little dark outside.. Was thinking about maybe putting candles down the isle, not sure what else could be used in way of lighting?

That first one is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The pictures in there would be amazing! You’d be amazed at what pro photographers can do in lower lighting.

- Wedding: July 2012 - Baltimore Museum of Industry
Since it’s just for ceremony, I prefer the university, simple because it has a little bit of a church-y feel to it (LOVE the ceilings.). For a reception, I’d say the museum.
(However if you’re doing your reception at the museum, save your self the time/energy and do both there.)

@rebwana: No we are having the reception elsewhere..
this place to be exact
