I think that's really cute!! I don't think it will be "out" since the design is pretty classic.
One thing to fix though: Check out the placement of "For the wedding of," It's not quite centered between the graphic.

I think it looks great! You are right --your guests probably don't receive that many invitations a year to know what is "in" or "out" so they will think it's great, too.
I think they're cute, and nobody'll think they're out. It's hard to remember that most people don't scour wedding blogs and trends like we future brides do.

No way, those are fantastic! 6 months from now they will be just as cool and awesome, nice work! And I've never seen a STD like that so I wouldn't even know if they were "in" or "out" and I bet your guests wouldn't either!

Personally I love it! I think it's great and original. Don't worry about it being "in" or "out" it's your big day and that's the design you love then god darnit, keep the design! : )
Cute! I don't think they'll be out by January and I don't think you should worry about that either! If you like it, go for it.
Honestly the only people that know whats "in" or "out" with regards to weddings are us brides. Its surprising what still shocks people, becasue they are so out of the loop with wedding trends. For example, at my friends recent wedding she had fruit inside the vases of her centerpeices and many people told her " I have never seen that before!!!"
So don't worry, people will think " wow I've neer seen that" to many many trends :)
I love the design! If you love it, get it! Don't worry about trends!
Like someone else said, most wedding guests are hip to wedding trends, so don't worry about it! It'll still be cute six months from now.
It's a vintage pattern so, by definition, it is old but that's what makes it fashionable. Love it!
i think its really cool... would like to have something similar myself but as we won't be getting married for probably at least 2 years yet I am keeping my fingers crossed its not a look which will go out of 'fashion' any time too soon!

So, our STDs will go out sometime in January, but since I will be making the pocket they are being mailed in (and I'll be starting Grad school in the fall along with working full time), the insert has been designed already.
Now, I'm getting a little panicky.Will this look but "out" by next Jan? Will it not be cool anymore or over done??
Personally, I love it...and I don't think my wedding guests are too versed on what's "in" and "out" but I just don't want to seem, like, unfashionable or like, a follower or something.
I know this question seems lame, but I just had a bit of panic about it.
