I’m starting to wish more and more we would have kept our original date of September this year =( next June is soooo far away and I just want to marry him now. Ugh what did I do…

Yes! Our original date was this May. Our wedding would have been in a couple of weeks but now it’s like 5 1/2 months away.
It really does fly by though. This time next year you will be wondering what happened to all that time you had. 🙂

Our original date was next February, now it’s next June. Already I’m having those pangs of regret. “It would’ve been under a year now…” Stuff like that.

@Leesh: I agree!
We were engaged in March of last year. I wanted fall, so we waited longer because I knew I would need the time. I just want it here already!
But the time will FLY by. Promise.

Yes! Our original date was January of 2012. After (not so much) deliberation, we moved the date up to November of this year. Just focus on the positives..you will have such an organized wedding cause you have time to plan! And June is perfect weather.

I do! We originally were 9/10/11 now we’re sometime summer of 2012 🙁

My original date is still the same, but sometimes I just feel like it’s forever away and too much can happen in between now and October 2012. >.>

I’m the opposite. I’m terrified no one will be able to make our destination wedding!
I am not sending Save-The-Date Cards until we tell him family in person later this month so that basically will leave 11 months for them to make plans. I know thats alot, but I am still terrified we will be getting married alone!

Forever away allows that much more finalizing of details. You can be picky with more time. I do wish we had more time to save up money for other things that we just can’t afford in 9 months to plan.

You’ve got more time to plan! I’m a June 2012 bride. I couldn’t imagine the wedding being any earlier, I think i’d lose my head trying to plan everything. I think its true, like a PP said, the time really will fly!

We were supposed to get married 3 years ago…
3 years really isn’t that long.

I’m glad I’m not the only one… lol

Our date is 3 days before Christmas… I’m betting almost nobody will come… kinda sucks.

We only have had this date, and this really was the only time feasible for us to do it, but I really wish I could marry him sooner! Things have been so great recently and it feels so far away! Oh well, at least this way I can have the wedding of my dreams!
