@zippylef: I grew up watching (classic) Dr. Who every late Saturday night. :)
I thought David Tennant was the best thing since buttered toast. Then Matt Smith took over and I had to come up with a better way to make toast.
@zippylef: I love Doctor Who!!!! David Tennant is amazing although Matt Smith is certainly growing on me. You probably haven't reached any Matt Smith episodes yet though.
If you want Tennant you will probably have to fight my friend for him! She has the biggest crush on him that I've ever seen.
Oh have you made it to the point where you meet Captain Jack Harkness yet?! He is such a crazy but loveable character.
He must be an aquired taste. My husband watches that show and I was just commenting the other night that he is just about the unsexiest hero character ever. Although I do believe he is slightly less unsexy than Matt Smith. Oh well, different strokes for different folks.
Oh I love David Tennant. He's my first Doctor. I still miss him as the Doctor. Some episodes he was much better less angsty and emo than others. The last 4 episodes are a bit much even for me. Can't wait for Fright Night to come out soon. We get to see a shirtless, leather pants wearing, eyeliner sporting version of him!
@burris4: Yeah I don't think he's sexy in any traditional way. I think his goofiness is the appealing part. Lol I guess that just means you are one less person that all of his fans have to see as competition.
Oh my gosh, I love David Tennant, FI is aware that I will leave him for David Tennant...haha.
I'm not a huge Matt Smith fan.
@accorn: You sound just like my friend! Since I don't really have a crush on Tennant I think I might be more open to new doctors. I feel like Matt Smith is kind of like a younger David Tennant. Although Tennant is my favorite Doctor I do think that Eccleston is underrated. He was very immature in many ways, but some of his episodes were my favorite! I can no longer see a gas mask without the phrase "Are you my mummy?" popping into my had.

... for David Tennant. lol. I've been watching the new series of Dr Who on Netflix (I'm on season 3!) and I have developed an insane little fangirl crush on David Tennant.
