You'll go through waves of being super into weddings and then a bit burnt out. But if I can offer a bit of advice: don't make concrete plans when you're that unstable. I've had so many friends book things when they're in their "wedding high" and they make so many expensive mistakes and regret choices. Look at ALL your options, and then sleep on it, and sleep on it again, and then when you're sure it's what you want...go ahead and book it!
Omg, I think I changed my mind every hour for a long time lol. Thank God Fi was there to say "sweetie, we have this stuff picked out. chill." Don't worry, you'll get it all figured out. Just keep checking out different themes, what you love vs what you don't like. For instance, I've always hated those weddings with tulle everywhere. Nms at all, but I love the rustic home made like weddings, and stuck with things that fit that "theme" good luck!
Unstable sounds bad. I wouldn't say I, or we, are unstable, but just early in planning. It's still soooo fun!
I was really motivated the first two months and then it sort of wore off. Our date has changed even after setting it with our Church :( It's up in the air currently...
Yeah, I guess I just mean unstable in decisions, like....changing your mind every other day. That's so normal. But if you make concrete decisions on Tuesday, you'll be regretting it by Tuesday night. It can be overwhelming at first. Look at everything and make sure you LOVE the style you choose! I'm glad you're enjoying it though! It's hard to decided which route to go because there are a million different ways to have a gorgeous wedding.

So, we have agreed on a time, place and budget.....but that's it. We haven't booked a venue, talked about colors, decided on a concrete guest list. Sure we know how it's all going to go, but until we book the venue, I should chill out. I am crazy obsessed with all things wedding. I change my mind on themes and colors about every other day. Online shopping is NOT my friend because I can't stop looking.
Are you all obsessed as I am? Does it stop, or at least get better? I may drive my wonderful man crazy within the next 9 months.
