So, hubs got annoyed with the POS TV stand we had, then built this after we went shopping and I showed him some ideas I was considering. I am so in love! Part 1/4. He is going to make some "bookshelves" to go on either side. I just won't let him do all of it at one time.

So, my question: How much would you pay for this? I have been trying to talk him into making them on the side since he is getting out of the Army soon and doesn't really have a job offer yet.

holy cow that's gorgeous.  i cant' tell without seeing the quality of the wood and hardware in person, but IMHO, it looks like thousands of dollars.  lucky girl!

Well, if you're talking about just that part, I'd say maybe 50 bucks.  For the ENTIRE entertainment system, depending how large it is, he could prob sell it for 500 bucks maybe more

LOL We made it from pine, only because he hasn't done woodwork in a long time and wanted to do this with something cheap first. However, now that he has this done...and it looks AMAZING...I'm sure he would be able to do it with anything. The hardware we picked up in a little shop (they're everywhere around TX) that sells rustic stuff...(just everything!) I just figure he can make things more custom for people, according to what they want.
