It might just mean round brilliant. Do you have a link to the moissanite you are looking at?

square brilliant is the name of the shape of the center stone. It isn’t forever brilliant.

SoonToBeAFK:  I don’t recommend a square moissanite, I don’t think they shine half as much as a round moissanite or a diamond, and the facets make it look like a CZ. 

Just try to see one in real life.

Brilliant is a term attached to many cuts of stone. Ex: pear brilliant diamond. In your case, no it does not mean FB.
