We loved our original wedding manager. She quit about 4 months ago to move out of state. We got a new girl, who is early 20s, never did weddings before. She didn’t work out well. We butted heads, she was telling me wrong things, not offering services, etc. SO, I got to the point where I said “I want to meet in person.” I figured it’d be easier to talk through it all in person.
I brought my mother in law. I walk in, she goes “I’m leaving this job. In two days. Meet your new wedding manager!” Now we are ONE week from my wedding. This lady has been researching my wedding since Wednesday (she started Wednesday).
I do like the new manager. She seems on top of things already. I feel comfortable with her. She has 7 years of wedding experience at a smaller venue. We are meeting again with her Monday to really iron it out. Does anything have any tips on things I should tell her or lists I should make etc that may make it easier for her? She said this venue is very different from her previous one. My wedding will be her first at this venue.
I feel like I’m pretty organized already but I want to make sure that if she has any questions, she has the answers immediately ready to her. Any suggestions??
