I'm on a THIRD wedding manager. New one 1 week before wedding!

My daughter had 4 different managers, over the course of one year. The last – and the one who was there for the wedding – probably had the least experience. It didn’t matter at all. We had a 2-hour session with her, to iron out all the details, menus, questions, etc. (I had a long list) and the evening ran like clockwork. I think the evening could have run without her. The hotel had a very loyal employee group – some have been there for over 30 years, and they can almost do their jobs, with their eyes closed. I went through all my stress (unnecessarily) with my 1st daughter’s wedding – now the 2nd one is a breeze.
