Please can anyone tell me how their dresses turned out?? Has anyone ordered this dress? I have to say their service is a little slow… I ordered 6 days ago and have really only JUST had confirmation today that they are now making the dress. There was communication between them and myself, but I found everytime I asked a question it took 24-36 hours to answer me.
Please tell me I havent made a mistake!! I am a plus size girl (18W) and I just couldnt fit anything in the stores and I couldnt really afford anything either and so online for me was the very best option. PLEASE HELP! 🙂

I haven’t ordered from Dressilyme, but I just wanted to say that waiting 24-36 hours for responses is quite common. It was the same for me when I ordered from Jasmine’s Bridal…at first it made me really nervous, but then I heard about how it’s the same for everyone else and they got their dresses made great and got there dresses without a problem. I know a big part of it is trusting without hearing or seeing right now, and I completely understand how that is scary as I have been there too. BUT if it helps you feel better I just wanted you to know it’s normal for response times and that I have seen many pictures of beautiful dresses that Dressilyme have made for brides on these blogs. Oh – and I also want to say the dress you chose is BEAUTIFUL!! Can’t wait to see it on you! 🙂

old-hollywood: Thats good to know! Thank you for your comment. I have ordered from lightinthebox.com tonnes of times and never had a problem, but they did not have what I wanted so that is why I thought I would try dressilyme, I have read so many great reviews here, I will keep everyone posted!!! Im about to actually put a dress up that I got from lightinthebox.com , it is for my second wedding,it is just devine.

chantelle.jenkins: I ordered my reception dress from them. One thing to keep in mind – they do have a slow turnaround, but they are pretty good at keeping you posted re: status of the dress (i.e. I got notifications when it was done, shipped, etc.).
Also… I hope you sent them your measurements b/c their sizes (if you choose a dress size instead of getting measured) run SMALL. You’re not going to get designer quality, but no one will notice and it’s very budget-friendly. Mine came in too small (I stupidly just asked for my dress size), so I had to get the zipper taken out and a corset back put in. It didn’t look perfect, but I survived. 🙂
If you have any questions, let me know.
