    omg!!

So this feels so unreal. I have pcos and lost a bunch of weight. Trying to do everything i can to help get preggers.

I have been taking naps, boobs hurt, extremly moody, stomach is bloated like, emotional, PEEING LIKE A RACE HORSE,and the smell of fish is sooo gross... and i lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvve fish..I missed my period so i took a test. One bright line and 1 faded line which the test says Im pregnant... took it again and same thing...

I wish it was a brighter line however it say it can look faded and not as bright as the other. It just feels so unreal. I was told I would have probs getting preggers and have to be on medi etc.

Tech. only after a month or so of trying i get it.

Any suggestions on how not to loose the baby. What to eat and what not to eat. Im so nervous i will mis carry since that is commen in PCOS . I get ovary pain now and then but someone says thats normal.

    THANKS!!

Congrats! My first one was the same color as the control line my second test (a few days later) was WAY brighter. If you want a brighter line wait a few days Smile

Good Luck and I wish you a healthy pregnancy!

My doctor said if your going to miscarry you going to miscarry. There isn't anything they can do for it this early. Just stay positive! Don't over read online stuff!! I am warning you now. Every pregnancy is different and after reading things and talking to people I was so scared. After our recent ultrasound it calmed my nerves for a while anyways.
I was told as long as you aren't having bright red blood (and a lot) or bad cramps or back pain you are fine. I personally have had some spotting which is normal but very nerve racking.

    First congratulations!

Second STOP WORRYING!  Easiest way to fret yourself into problems.  Just start reprogramming your mind that you're going to have a safe and healthy pregnancy from now.  Your mind is a powerful tool luv.

Have a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Congrats!  I'd say to pick one book (just ONE - and a book, not a website) and read the first trimester guidance.  I really like "Body, Soul, Baby" but I also have the Mayo Book of Pregnancy (or something) and a couple of others.  I say one because the frustrating part comes when they differ.

For the first week until I could meet with my OB, I cut out caffeine (that was rough), all meds + supplements except prenatals, soft cheese/ sushi/ semi-cooked eggs... then talked with her about what was and was not okay.

I think some of those things are fine in moderation, but it helped my panicky personality type.

Then remind yourself that miscarriages are out of your hands, and make a concerted effort to relax and enjoy, mkay?

    Congrats!

congratulations!!! i dont have any suggestions for preventing miscarriage besides what PP already said - DON'T WORRY, get lots of rest, avoid alcohol and sushi, limit caffeine, and make an appt with your doctor - because i just found out im pregnant too :) but one thing i can definitely relate to is the faint positive. i got a faint bfp the day before my expected period, and then 3 more on the day my period was due. i know they say a line is a line, but i waited 5 days and took a clearblue digital test that displays either "pregnant" or "not pregnant." once i saw the word pregnant, there was no second-guessing that!

    again, congrats!!!

    Congratulations!!

Try to just take good care of yourself and not to worry too much. Miscarriage is scary but is usually unpreventable, you can only make sure to keep yourself as healthy as possible.

Best of luck and like other posters said - take everything you read online with a grain of salt otherwise you'll be scared of everything! :)

    Congratulations!

I'm just curious, because I have PCOS too... How'd you lose the weight?
