I will be sending mine in about 5 weeks, but I can definitely understand how you're feeling!! I'm already nervous. I think it's just really final! There was a post about similar feelings for sending save the dates. Just think about all the compliments you'll get because I'm sure they are gorgeous!! And the culmination of it all is being with your wonderful fiance forever and having a great party! Good luck!!
Thanks, gals! I know the post office gets a bad rap, but shout out to Thor at the post office on Medical in San Antonio. Not only did he gush about my custom stamps but he promised to hand cancel them. And I didn't even have to beg. =) What a way to a bride's heart!
CONGRATS! I dont' have to send my out for another 7 weeks, but I'm just as nervous and excited too! It was the same feeling I got when I first started ordering all the invitation supplies but multiplied by 10x!

Congrats rebecca! I got a little teary-eyed after I dropped them off...kind of a "let the games begin" feeling. Exciting!!!! Enjoy it.
I did custom stamps too and didn't hand-cancel them and they call came out just fine in the mail, just to let people know.
And yes, the feeling I had was probably akin to dropping your kids off at school for the first day. Sad and yet happy to see them go, excited to see what people think and really looking forward to getting them back.
I can't wait to have that feeling!

I sent mine yesterday - and I'm totally there with you, I was all panic when I left the post office!
