I wouldn't bother saying anything to the place, but I would definitely let my friends and family know about both places (especially the helpful one). Word of mouth is important to smaller businesses!

A couple of weeks ago my air conditioning on my newe car quit...I went to the place we usually bring our cars to and they said it was my compressor, and gave me an estimate for $1,509.68...No problem...but seriously? I felt like I was getting ripped off and NOBODY hates that more then I do, lol....so I called another place that my mom uses and went straight there...they said it was the O-ring...and that it would cost...wait for it....$50-$60...SERIOUSLY!?!?!? Thats just WRONG...most people wouldda just paid the $1,500! I was all but foaming at the mouth...Should I say something to the rip-everybody-off place??? And they charged me $40 to put the dye in it to shine the black light on it and see where the leak is coming from, and this guy did it for free and had me come back in yesterday so that he could double check it and sure enough...no more leaks...GRRRRRRR!!!!
