I’m sorry you are so stressed, honestly, I can relate. The first few weeks are really hard because you hear so much about miscarriages. The best thing you can do right now is to stop using the pee stick tests and go to the doctor. They will test you twice over 3 days to ensure your HCG is doubling and your progesterone is looking good. After that, they will schedule a doctor visit sometime around 8-12 weeks so you can get an ultrasound to check for development and a heartbeat.

Good luck!

@Kim4995:  it’s early. stop testing!  I got a strong BFP on a FRER the day my period was due and lighter blue dye ones a week or two later. I’m currently 24 weeks with a healthy baby.  Get yourself a FRER if you want to see a dark line!

It takes quite awhile for the tests to get noticably darker. If you are concerned why don’t you ask your dr for a quantitive hcg and a replete in 2 days to make sure your levels are increasing.
