Awe! Congratulations on your baby girl 😉

And please don’t cry about the other dogs still at the shelter, you’ve done such good already by welcoming Arya into your home. Adoption all the way!!!

Aww, congratulations on your new family member!  She is beautiful!!

Here’s our puppy (well he’s over a year old now haha) that we adopted about 9 months ago ..best decision ever!

Not sure why he’s upside down, but cute nonetheless 😉

beachbride1216:  Your girl is beautiful and adorable all at the same time! I would be feeling so impatient and frustrated for having to wait for her to come home. I hope she is home with you guys very soon!

These are my two goof-balls. Love them so much.

Everyones dogs are so cute! Here are mine:

Layla our giant “pup” she’s two now. She was a terror as a puppy. Sweet but so destructive as huskies tend to be but she grew up to be one of the smartest, happiest, loving and well tempered dogs I’ve ever known.

And hagen.. My old man (only 5-6). He’s so sweet and gentle and loves is so much. He was abused, dumped on the side of the road and hit by a car. Someone found him and brought him to a town shelter where he was left untreated with a broken hip and on death row until a husky rescue group picked him up. I waited a month or two to get him bc of the surgery and physical therapy he needed. When I did get him 4 years ago he was scared of everything, even a refridgerator door closing made him jump a mile. He didnot even know how to play. hes a brand new dog now. So happy and loving and even learned to play with other dogs. Such great pups… Even if they do shed so much.

Aw! I don’t a fur baby of my own, yet, but FI and I are for sure going to adopt one as soon as we have a good place for one. I’m so glad you’re able to give your precious girl another shot at life.

This is mine and my fiances dog Bowser. He is 14 months old now. When we got him we were told he was best guess golden retriever/aussie shepard but as he grew we knew that wasnt accurate so we had him DNA tested and hes actually greman shepard greyhound. We got him from a friend of a friend who found him on the side of the road. Hes been through a lot: when we got him he had fleas, then ended up with dermodex mange, then started peeing in his sleep. The list and vet bills went on and on but now he is healthy and the happiest and smartest dog i know. We knew we were taking a risk taking on a puppy we knew nothing about but he was totally worth everything! People say that he is lucky to have found us but we are the lucky ones to have found him 🙂

Bowser 2 days after we got him and Bowser as of 2 weeks ago

shools164:  I had to do a double take at your post because your dogs are very similar to my brother/SIL’s dogs, in both looks and temperament.

The little one is mine.

beachbride1216:  congrats! She’s adorable.
