I don’t have any services to offer, but could you talk to a nail place and have everyone go in smaller groups the week before or even everyone go the day before you wedding that way the day of you only have to worry bout hair.  It may be easier to find someone to do hair the day of rather than hair and nails. and then the room wont smell of the nail solutions also…

I don’t know where you are, but I am having my hair done in the hotel room.  I am having an 11:00 am ceremony, and it’s too early to get everyone to a salon.  I am getting married in the Albany, NY area and am having Timeless Up Dos.  Hope this helps.  If your not in the same area, maybe call a few salons and see if they have any stylists who are able to come to the hotel/home?  Just a thought.

I would take bridal party to a nail salon the day before the wedding.  Hair and nails in a hotel room on the wedding day would be too crazy:) My stylist came to the hotel (along with 2 other stylists from the same salon) and did hair for me, the bridesmaids and flower girls (12 people total). They charged a surcharge for coming to the hotel but it was totally worth it for the convenience with a large bridal party.

Others wanting their hair done (grandmas and aunts) made an appointment in advance at a nearby salon and went on their own so as not to take up the stylists time at the hotel. I would recommend contacting your own hair stylist to see what the options are.  As far as being “reasonable” in cost – that depends on what you consider reasonable for the service offered. Often the adage applies – “You get what you pay for.”

I have found hiring someone to come to the house for hair or nails is around 30% more then at a salon. I am still searching. What part of the country do you live?
