Sweet!  Here we go!

Weight Lost This Week: 0 lbs … BUT I just got my period and I definitely bloat up before that.

Total Weight Loss: 7 lbs.  I’m counting since January, when I was 5’5″ 126 and feeling quite pudgy.  Now 119. 

I was pretty good this week until yesterday, my BIRTHDAY!, when I just ate and drank whatever.  But I did go for a 5-mile run that morning.  Today has been a bit of an extension of my birthday, lol.  But back on the ol horse tomorrow and hoping to be down another pound or so by next week.  I’m in pretty good shape and a healthy BMI, so I don’t have a ton to lose.  Ideally I’ll be 113 by my wedding in 5 weeks (!!!) but we’ll see…

@Skittles131:  Nice work chica!  I really love that quote, and I agree that logging the food is serious motivation.

Worked on pushing myself to exercise even when I was crampy and it felt like hell’s oven outside, which felt good in the end. Dropped more lbs than expected so treated myself with $10 worth of new craft supplies! Indulgence of the week: frozen chocolate covered banana slices from Trader Joe’s.

Can I join?


I’m coming off of a vacation and way too much indulgence. Starting weight 145, highest in months. I’m going to start adding swimming into my fitness routine, which already includies running and biking. I’m also getting back into portion control.

weekly loss: 1.4lbs

Total lost.  about 25 lbs

Ate a huge meal last night, and I am pretty sure I am sill retaining some water.  My quote:  If you don’t like startiing over, stop giving up.

My “weeks” are actually set to begin on Tuesdays, since I started my program on a Tuesday.  But I’ll record what I’ve lost so far this week, and my total (I’m part-way through my second week right now), and for future check-ins I’ll record a Sunday-based loss amount in this thread (as opposed to the Tuesday-based weight I use to track in my own program).

Pounds lost so far this week (weighed on Sunday):  2.2

Total pounds lost (since July 9): 5.1

Throughout the week, I did great eating less and tracking my food in myfitnesspal.  I also worked out quite a bit.  The weekend seriously killed me.  We went to Savannah to look at our venue and it’s hard to resist the yummy food there.  I did try to keep my portions small though.  We bought a treadmill yesterday so I’ll be adding that to my workout routine this week. 

We can do it!

Weight loss-0lbs we hosted a big party Saturday, I am just glad there wasn’t a gain!

I am doing way better at the gym then eating, my goal for this week is to focus on eating!

Doing low-carb. It’s easy for me cause I loooove meat! had a cheat day yesterday though so I don’t go totally crazy. Though, I’m still only wanting about 2 meals/day, so even withthe cheat day I still lost 🙂

Didn’t concentrate on weight loss this week. It was FI’s birthday and my FILs had a had a huge dinner party so it was a cheat week but I managed not to gain anything.

I didnt weight myself.  Oops.  Its been a really really busy few days and its going to get worse until mid next week.  I didnt eat too terribly bad this weekend though.  I had three lindt chocolates…..FMIL’s fault! lol

I forgot to weigh myself last night. 🙁 I started drinking more water and less sugared drinks. Also, changed a few food habits so we’ll see how it goes next week! 🙂
