I am extremely picky about shoes, and I ordered and returned about 5 pairs of pumps before I finally found the perfect ones!! If any of you are looking for a pair of sparkly silver peep-toe pumps, I highly recommend the Evelyn pump by Jimmy Choo. Definitely a splurge at $595, but super comfortable (I wore them last night to a gala and danced for 4 hours with no pain at all!). Here is a pic of my lovelies and the Mikaella dress that I’m wearing the shoes with!

Both the dress & shoes are beautiful. However, I could never spend that money on a pair of shoes.

They’re great! And I’m glad you’re wearing them again.
I got my dream MB for my wedding (unworn and autographed by Manolo). Not everyone understands, but that’s ok. I only spent $50 on my flowers and a lot of brides spend more.

@cdn_bunny: You’re going to look beautiful on your wedding day. And yes, I adore how light and comfortable Choos are. Aside from the added height, I often forget I am wearing heels. 😀

@cdn_bunny: I bought Loubs but then I recently bought the Crowns which are much less but sooo sparkly! They are on backorder but I cant wait. They look just like yours but with a higher heel.

@Rubbs: they are sooo worth it though!

I WISH I could bring myself to spend that much money on a pair of shoes but I know I never ever could. They are gorgeous!

Thanks, ladies!! Yes, I love how sparkly they are! They also don’t shed glitter like some of the other shoes I had ordered (ie. Kate Spade Karolinas).
These shoes were definitely a splurge, but I was under budget with the dress (btw, I love Mikaella dresses – awesome quality and design for less than $1,600!)

Gorgeous dress and Choos! I’m a recent convert to Jimmy Choo, having spent far too many years suffering in Louboutins. I just can’t get over how comfortable they are. My wedding shoes (although I’m still debating the height) are these Sierras, same sparkly material as yours. I love that leather finish, the way it’s soooo sparkly but doesn’t shed glitter at all.

Your shoes and dress are beautiful. Although I don’t think I could have spent that much on one pair of shoes, ironically, I did end up spending about that much on three different pairs of wedding shoes, only two of which I actually wore. I’ve never tried on a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, but I’m glad to hear that they’re comfortable. I would hate to think that people found them to be uncomfortable after having spent that much.
What I find surprising about your post isn’t that you bought these pricey and beautiful shoes but that you (GASP!!!) actually wore them outside of your house before the wedding! I would have been concerned that they could have been scratched or scuffed.

Oh my gosh they are beautiful. I love Jimmy Choos!
