Welcome to weddingbee. Your wedding is in the summer so what about "sunset" colors? I love the sunset colors and the theam so pretty and romantic especially when you mix in a few bright colors, which is perfect for a summer wedding.
Welcome! I too suggest that you start by saving pics of weddings that you love.
After you have created a file- separate the pics into overall, centerpieces , flowers etc, -look at the pics and decide what it was that made you keep the pic.
Then come back with your colors and some sample pics and I know you will get lots of help.
I love gold, bright, late summer seasonal colors. I would use gold as your base color and see what accents you like to go with it.

So, my wedding date is set for August 25, 2012! So excited but as time has came closer to my big day, I have found myself in a state of confusion. I need help in choosing a theme and colors perhaps too. I want my wedding to be described as elegant, grand,and romantic. My reception will take place in a golden and beige room. I do plan on using event lighting. Any suggestions for a theme or colors will be greately appreciated! Help!! What comes to your mind bees?
