I’m putting the final touches on a schedule that the hotel is going to hand out to guests when they check in (we’re not doing full welcome bags). It includes information on the shuttle to our wedding, our morning-after breakfast, our reception address, etc. It’s mostly information that’s on our wedding website, but I want to make sure people have it all in one place once they arrive.
I’d also like to list the address and time for our rehearsal dinner so that those people going to that know where and when to show up. About half of our total guests are going to the rehearsal dinner. Is it inappropriate to list this on the schedule and write “invitation only” next to it? Most of the people not invited wouldn’t be checking into the hotel until Saturday anyway so they’d just see it as a past event. What do you think?
I’ve considered making two versions of the schedule, but I’m worried that will be too hard for the hotel to keep track of.
