I don't know what you mean by "older" and "younger"...if they are young (like maybe less than 10 or so), you could call them flower girls and ring bearers. I'm sure you've thought about though...
I think it would be fine. Are you going to make them wear special (read: pricey) outfits?
I had my sister's bf (not in the bridal party) walk my grandma down the aisle. However I did not have programs so he wasn't listed anywhere, but neither was the bridal party.

I am having a small wedding and small bridal party. I would like to ask my two nieces (one is older and the other is younger) and my nephew to walk down the aisle together at the start of the procession when the music starts. When they get to the alter, they would take a seat as the bridesmaids started their walk to the same song.
I did not want to create extra titles or give them a "job" to do like guest book etc. They are too shy to speak or do a reading etc. I thought this would be special way to include them. Do you think this is a bad idea because they don't actually have the bridal party titles? I searched on the internet and did not see anyone else doing this so perhaps its in bad form. I don't want to insult anyone or their parents.
