I like the frosted vases, but I think the ones in the picture look too frosted.  A slightly frosted vase seems nice and wintery to me, though!

I like the frosting it looks very elegant, the glitter looks very casual.

I agree with the second choice, but not as opaque in the frosted-ness… haha I think something that lets the light through a little more would look best.

I think if you were to float a candle in the frosted vase you would not get the same effect as in the picture. I also think it is a little too frosted.

I would go with a clear vase.

    They look stunning on tables:

I’m a frosted fan, I think it adds an elegance however clear is pretty, creates more of a glow with many are lit but I think the frosted ties in with a winter wedding.

I think if you want to use the clear vases, you can put colored pebbles or marbles in the bottom, not too many, fill with water, about half way, and have the candle float on top of the water sightly a bit higher than the pebbles, so there is water between the candles and the pebbles. Wish I could send you the picture from my mind!

I think the frosted candles make it feel the most romantic and warm. I think you notice the warm light more when it’s a little covered up – kinda like lingerie is sexier than naked.
