I like option #1! The detailing is really beautiful. I feel like you might get "lost" in the larger skirt on #2, because you are petite.
love # 1. #2 is way too "big" of a dress for a small girl. And, sorry, not that pretty.
I vote #1. the details are beautiful and the overall look is chic. Not really a fan of number 2. it looks kind of generic to me, (and the skirt looks like the top of a cupcake)
I vote #1 (but if #1 is more within ur budget, go with it)
#1!! Don't worry about being petite; when the dress is altered to fit you, it will look great,
I like #1 much better than #2. I hate the skirt on #2 with a passion. I always want to smooth them out when I see them! :)
#1 is by far the more refined and elegent dress! Plus the ay it is draped looks like it will befigure flattering. It looks very high fashion.
Dress #2 is rather "common" in my opinion.

Have you tried them on? I'm petite too (5'2") and found that dropped waists made me look about two feet tall.
