Sounds awesome! You should definitely create a bio with all of your experiences and photos :-) http://bios.weddingbee.com/
Thanks so much! I look forward to your pics!
And I'm going to bombard you with a question right away. Did you happen to find a place to order glass bangles in a lot of colors. I'm having a horrible time finding ones that match both online here and having charged my Mom and aunt with it in India. If you have any suggestions I'd be so grateful. (I'm posting instead of PM-ing in case this might help others out too.)
Hi,
I am getting married in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in May or Sept. 2010. I was wondering what photographer you used for your wedding in Savannah. I am looking for someone who is artistic and someone who can shoot candid photos as well as documentary style photos.
Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.
Holly
I'm planning a bit of an Indian fusion wedding too - excited to see your photos and posts!

Hi there!
I had a very Indian "fusion" wedding in April of 2008 and though I used this board constantly for ideas and inspiration, I never posted during all of the crazy months of wedding planning. Now that my husband and I are happily married and I'm running a consulting business from home, I have a lot more time on my hands and would love to share my wedding planning experience - especially the fun and struggles of planning a very fusion Indian wedding in Savannah, Georgia. I didn't go to India to buy any of my wedding clothes, invitations, decorations etc, but worked with some great vendors to have everything custom made here, while also balancing a very demanding job (that I have since left because 70 hours a week wasn't much fun after a while!). I'm going to start sharing pictures and my experience and if anyone has any questions about where to find fusion designers, wedding planners, caterers, florists etc please just ask - it was a challenge and I'd love to help out. I used people from Boston, Atlanta, Savannah, etc.
We're from Atlanta, Ga but I wanted an outdoor wedding on the water in a very special place - so we got married in Savannah, Ga at a beautiful resort on the water with a reception on the golf course - the same place where my husband proposed. It's a small and romantic town, but we were still able to pull together a large Indian wedding. Stay tuned - pictures are coming soon!
Thanks!
Mrs. Coral
