Ok ladies! My family always does a hors derve party after Christmas, and we vote on creativity and taste!
I’m looking to do individual desserts this year. Something in a shot glass type idea, although it really can be anything. I have to make aprox 10 of them.
Any creative/fun/tasty recipes to pass along?! 🙂

You could pour mini salted caramel milkshakes into shot glasses:
Or individual lemon-honey meringue pies:
Or mini banana nutella pumpkin breads:
Or for something really different but not as cute, this recipe is amazingggg – pretzel cookies with chocolate and peanut-butter chips:
Lol sorry, they’re all so random, just recipes I’ve had pinned forever that would be good individual servings!

This is easy, delicious, and looks so elegant!
Almost-Instant Chocolate Mousse
8 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 ½ c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In the top of a double boiler over barely simmering water, melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly, just until tepid.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cream and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Using a large rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
To dress it up, serve in individual glass dishes and garnish with dollops of sweetened whipped cream and whole raspberries. Other garnishes include a strip or two of candied citrus zest, chopped nuts, other crushed candies (peppermints, lemon drops), mint sprigs, crystallized violets, or an edible flower blossom.
