Was wondering if anyone had any ideas for indoor wedding photos in Brooklyn/Queens-specifically from Brooklyn Heights up to Long Island City in case it rains. I want to have a back up just in case. We are doing a room block at a local hotel so that is always an option but it’s a very modern hotel and I would like something a little more vintage-y.

@BKBride2014: Good idea to have a back-up. Hoping the local bees can help you. Good luck!

@BKBride2014: The only place I can think of is Grand Central Station, although that’s obviously not in brooklyn/queens! I think to do photos there you need to get a permit in advance (it’s cheap, just need to fill out some paperwork, i think). But since it’s crowded there, that’s good for pics of you & SO but not really family portraits or anything like that. Otherwise probably hotel or venue is your best bet.
I’m interested to hear other bee’s suggestions, as I’m worried about the same thing (but in manhattan).

@BirdieNY: Thanks for the idea…we actually did our E-pics there and they came out awesome! Such a unique setting!
