If you're going to San Francisco, why don't you go to the city hall there? it's gorgeous! and it's open to the public! Google "San Francisco city hall wedding pictures" and you'll find lots of great photos.
@sabinalistic:I wish! It's not open on Saturday. I even called my cousin who's a federal judge there and she can't get it to open for me because I'd have to hire a guard, have a permit, etc. Alas. :(

Hi ladies,
I'm looking for an indoor location to take pictures on Saturday that has the feel of city hall-- grand staircase, beautiful architecture, windows etc. The ceremony is in Oakland, but we will travel into the city to do pics at the Palace of Fine Arts and are thinking Legion of Honor is a good alternative, but I'd like one indoor location and one outdoor location. Anyone have any suggestions for beautiful hotels, etc?
(My fiance grew up in the Bay Area, but I'm from San Diego and we live in Boulder, CO... so I'm not SUPER familiar with the Bay Area in general.)
