So I’ve been planning on doing round tables, alternating low floral centerpieces with tall vases of limes as the centerpieces. This was going to fit well with our moderate budget.
Then I found this pic and fell in love. This is so much like what I want our tables to look like! We were already planning on seating 10 per table, and this just looks so much more elegant yet intimate than a huge round table.
Here’s the problem: I don’t want this change to triple our floral budget! Here we were, only going to use small floral centerpieces on half the tables, and now I’m thinking I want three small floral arrangements PER TABLE! The tall vases filled with limes just won’t work.
I was thinking we could do two small bowls of limes with a small flower arrangement in the middle, but I wonder if that is not uniform enough. Like this picture, its three of the same thing, so its very streamlined. Though we could tie it all together with a light scattering of flowers.
Oh and: I DON’T WANT TO USE CANDLES. That’s why this is a bit trying!
