I would recommend checking with your local Marsh or Kroger. They might offer these in their bakery/cake department. I would bet they're extremely affordable and highly reliable!
The shipping is what will be pricey since they would have to overnight it with cold packs.
Other than that, you will just have to call around to different bakeries tell them first you are ordering 300 pieces. We are paying $2 for ours through the caterer.
