Does anyone know of a great DJ in the Pittsburgh area for $600 or less? You r suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for exactly the same thing! Everyone has been around $1,000 which is too much for us. Have you had any leads yet?

Someone recommended Disc inferno but I havent emailed him yet. Other than that I found a couple on craigslist but it's always hard to tell just from reading reviews...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I have a friend who's getting married two months before me and they have a friend of a friend DJ-ing for next to nothing, I'm hoping we can jump on that band wagon too. =)

I have no idea what they are like, but there is a DJ from Altoona/Duncansville that starts at about $500 with their packages, they have three options. They were going to charge me $75 to travel about 80miles to my reception location. I ended up going to a bridal show and winning $$ off a DJ package, so I didn't book these ones, but perhaps they are worth looking into? I don't know if they travel to Pittsburgh or not, but it doesnt hurt to ask.

There is also this linky: http://www.pittsburghweddingdjservice.com/ and you can put in a price range and different DJs will then contact you. There might be someone worthwhile there. =)
