Whatever you do, make sure they don’t use a camera with a glaring light! I went with the Pros because of the price, but the cameraman was obtrusive (like people moved away from him when he walked through the cocktail hour, he cleared the dance floor with his glaring light, and most of our photos have horrible shadows from the videocamera light). I’d heard that could be a problem with any videographer, but the info we were given said they were “unobtrustive” and used the best equiptment. Do some research into whatever company you go with and have them put the type of equiptment into the contract.

My photog is based in CT, but what’s your budget?  She’s very budget-friendly in Bostonian terms, but it depends on what you’re looking to spend (of course!).
