Mori lee.
Also, a few pronovias designs are around 900 and HIGH high quality. If she get's a a sample off rack it may be cheaper too.
At the stores I've been to (in MT), the Maggie Sottero's can run anywhere from $500-$1500 but most are right in that $900-$1200 range which I am sure you would be able to negotiate down. Not sure how those prices translate to NJ though... Hope your friend finds something she likes!
You can get a few of Maggie Sottero's dresses in that price range. You just have to shop around!
I suggest buy a sample.. I got a $3,000 gown for $500.
But that doesn't help if she isn't sample size which is usually the 8-10-12 area.
Casablanca dresses! Mine was $800 and there were a few more in the running that were all around (or right around) $1000.
Definitely check out Casablanca. Mine was about $700 w/ alterations, and I think they look much nicer than some of the other comparably priced stuff out there.

She is sample size. Didn't even think about that.
Will look into those designers. My mind is like some where else ever since my wedding.
Thanks ladies
Mori Lee was amazing. I bought my gown for $500.

I bought my dress from Alfred Angelo and most of the designs were less than $1000. It seemed that the majority of the dresses in their less exclusive line (i.e. not Sapphire and not Piccione) cost around $800.
Marisa is inexpensive and the dresses are of good quality. Apparently Marisa doesn't spend money advertising and is able to keep the prices low that way. So I don't think you can peruse the collection on a website, but call around to salons to see who carries Marisa gowns.

Trying to help a friend who already brought her wedding dress, but now she hates it. I told her not to rush into picking a dress but she did. So when she comes back next wk I would like to have some options for her.
Does anyone know of any inexpensive wedding dress designers? Lower than She $1,000.00. She doesnt like anything at David's Bridal
