Hi bees,

I am having one of my friends do my wedding makeup but would like to hire a professional to do my hair. I am not doing anything super complicated (a messy bun - possibly with a french braid) and need to stay under $100. Most of the quotes I've been able to get are running $150-$200. Any suggestions?

most salons will charge $70~$100 for up-do. if you don't tell them you're a bride, the price won't be as inflated.

@MissKat03: My stylist, Katie from Carlton Hair charges $85 for bridal hair, and the lady, Reema from Rima Threading, who I go get my eyebrows done charges $65 for up-do. She did my hair for my engagement party. PM me if you want their information.
