My almost 3 month old also has reflux and he sleeps in the nap nanny every night.  It has made a huge difference – he’s sleeping 9 hours now!  Also seems to help with his gas somehow.

I have heard amazing things about the Nap Nanny, and plan on getting one for our LO when the time comes. 🙂

We did the swing thing for naps and then co-slept w/ DS in the crook of my arm so he got to sleep on an incline.  It seemed to help and allowed me to get some rest, too.  One thing to check into though is lactose intolerance.  We found out when DS was about 5 months that he was lactose intolerant (my dairy consumption wasn’t high when I was BF’ing, so we really noticed it when we switched him to formula), and I think that contributed to his reflux big time!  Are you BFing?  If so, try eliminating dairy for a week or two and see if that helps your LO’s reflux.  If you use formula, try soy for a couple weeks.  Lactose intolerance can present in a number of different ways and congestion, breathing difficulties, and reflux are some of them.
