Best of luck to you in this journey.  And I hope it all ends in a BFP for you!!

May I ask how you got your Hashimoto’s under control?  Gluten free?

@dodgercpkl:  Glad to see you back. Thanks for raising awareness. I went on the walk with YellowClover and it was great!  Made a small donation!  Enjoy the walk and I really hope that you see that rainbow soon!

Yay! I’m so excited you’re doing this. Wishing you the best of luck! It’s honestly one of the most heart touching events I’ve been to. Also, FYIY they give out awards for best team name, t-shirts, and there were more but I can’t think of the rest. So have fun! I’ll be making my donation tomorrow.  Thank you so much for doing this for all of us who struggle. I truly can’t wait for you to find your rainbow sweetie. I know it’ll be soon! Xoxo

@dodgercpkl:  Why should insurance cover infertility? Having a baby isn’t necessary for health reasons. I wouldn’t support it. Insurance is expensive enough.

@dodgercpkl:  I personally think that unwanted pregnancy and infertility are similar in that in both cases, the woman doesn’t have control over her body and is looking to take it back (I hadn’t thought of it quite that way before, though I’ve always been pro-choice, but there was a thread about abortion rights on an infertility board I’m a member of, and the vast, vast majority of posters were pro-choice and one of them expressed that thought and I thought it summed it up quite well).  For that reason, I support insurance covering BOTH abortion and infertility (and contraception to reduce the need for abortion!).  (It may also be, from the insurance company’s perspective, covering abortion is cheaper than covering prenatal care, childbirth, and then another person.)  I don’t mean to threadjack, but I do fear that talking about abortion in this context (especially given that most Bees are pro-choice) may take away from promoting the walk, which of course I think is awesome!  You’ve been so strong and amazing through this process!

Before you responded, I sent a PM to Zhabeego reminding her that she’d already asked these questions before (with a link to the thread) and had them answered, and to please stay away and avoid negativity if she doesn’t like the answers she’s already been given.
