So, our wedding is next summer (yay!) and I’m starting to get things together for everything and I fell in love with these infinity dresses on etsy
My bridesmaids love them and I love them, but my future mother in law pointed out that they might be a challenge on the day of the wedding.. have any other brides done anything like this? Any suggestions? Is it still a good idea?

ksHello, I ordered infinity dresses from etsy as well! Although I still have a few weeks to go, my bms have a pretty good feel of how they will be tying theirs. youtube helps alot too. plus, i got all of them modesty tube tops for under the dresses, so they can easly wear bras if they need to. i really like infinity dresses because they can be reworn, sometimes bridesmaid dresses can be a bit dated.

Yep. We’re doing these also. And I bought myself one for the honeymoon. So I’ve practiced a bit on myself. The most basic styles are very easy to pull off. And pretty much anything you do is a style…just wrap yourself up tight lol.
My gals have also been watching youtube vids 🙂

Ooh! I’ve been eyeing Two Birds- they were just on gilt the other day.
They are my favorite way to give BM’s a different yet same dress. I love them but I worry that the material won’t look so flattering on different figures.

my did infinity dresses for my BM’s from etsy too! They were gorgeous and the color was pretty the only problem is this: I wanted them all to tie them a different way but most of the ways u can tie them make it impossible for u to wear a bra with it and that wasn’t an option for all of my BM’s. They ended up all doing a strapless look which allowed them to wear strapless bras and they looked amazing!

Thanks for the feedback and the photos! I think we’re still going to go with them, then 🙂 I’ll get them all tube tops for underneath I think…
