I know DIY invites are all the rage and there are really great designs out there, but to create those designs (from experience) takes a long time and effort. I like creating my own stuff because I’m unconventional like that… (it take a lot to get into the vastness of stuff in my head and design it) and then others may not want that but need to save on some money for other stuff like food and the venue. So which would be better for y’all?
Some info on how to create your custom design invite or a designer to create it for you, then you can download it and print and assemble yourself?
Also, how many of you have had tiresome trouble with assembling all of the pieces together?

@thedesignerbride: I searched and searched for invitations that I liked, but couldn’t find any. So, Fi and I decided on a simple design that we both love and we are going to DIYOurselves. 😀

@annonimeask: Thanks for that! I understand that as well because I think most of the companies out there stick with what sells more than who you are as a couple. Eventhough I am a designer, I can’t for the life of me understand these companies bottlenosing couples into a certain style.
Me and my twin-soul are a quite different so just slapping a pretty flower with a bow can’t cut it for us, and the wording of the invite is another story. I was just wondering if other brides out there felt the same.
Thanks again. 🙂
