I’m not sure that most people actually are aware that the bride and groom shouldn’t host their own party. We hosted our own (and I’m usually an etiquette stickler), and none of our guests batted an eye. Everyone loved it and had a great time. For our invites, I designed a wine bottle in Illustrator and put all the party info on the label. Then I printed them out and cut them out in the shape of the bottle. It was very cute because we had our party at a wine bar.

Just use a normal party invite. Like something with a wine bottle, cocktail glass or just a pretty pattern. I have no idea about the wording, but I’m sure there is somebody here that would be very good at that!
