I just bought the insanity workout program. Fiance and I are getting married in September, the program is 3 months, so we could potentially do it twice! Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I’ve done 2 workouts and it makes me super sore and sometimes I feel like I’m going to throw up during the workout..! Does it get easier? I wouldn’t consider myself too out of shape, I go running and attend classes at the gym.

i am in week 3 of month 2.. almost done!! It definitely gets easier!! stick w/ it!!!
the workout is 1 month.. 1 week of low-intensity (rest) and then a 2nd month… so its a little less then 3 months
i really like it! i normally workout 6-7 days a week.. but usually just run/use elliptical and lift weights. This workout definitely surprised my body!! i honestly dont know if I’ve lost any lbs, but my body has definitely leaned out and my stomach/abs look better
i still run and lift while doing insanity.
i do insanity at 5am before work… and go to the gym after work for an hr

This is my “before” picture… we did our first “official” video tonight, we started on an “off” day so we just kinda picked a video and did it… Yesterday was the fit day and we took our measurements… we’ll see 🙂
