(Closed) Insomnia fix… dear ladies PLEASE!

It might just be me… but I have to have the tv on to fall asleep. Otherwise all I do is think up new things that I need/want to do..have you tried having some sort of noise on?

You poor thing… 🙁 try taking melatonin (they are in the vitamin section.. i get mine at WalMart).. melatonin is what your body naturally creates to help you get to sleep. I have a terrible time sleeping and those vitamins are the only thing that helps me… good luck, i know how much it sucks to not be able to sleep.  *hugs* Good luck..

@sweetpea1031: no worries! I totally understand.. I have to be at work at like 7 in the morning and sometimes feel like I dont fall asleep till 530 ish. Then your tired all day but cant sleep during sleep time! no fun. Let me know if it helps you at all, I will be wishing for happy nights sleep for ya! 🙂
