I have attached my first attempt at an inspiration board!
Most are “stolen” photos off blogs and albums online, the two photos in the middle is our venue (photos I took)
Other pics are just ideas, things I like….did I get the right idea with regard to an inspiration board?
It made me feel a little scattered looking at it! Not everything pulls my colours in (Purple, silver, white), but I like some of the ideas!

Firstly, there is no wrong inspiration board! Essentially you got the idea right. I think you just need a little editing. Try only one pic of BM’s, one pic of inside venue, even outside, etc. And you can always make more then one, so if you feel like you need all those pics, maybe make a venues board, and a BM board, etc, centered on a certain topic. Typically, they are meant to be a snapshot at what you want.

it feels like it would be a warm and inviting wedding to me, with a little country flare and a chic touch, i really like it!

I think it’s cute! You will probably revamp and so as time goes on…I know my inspiration board has changed a lot! In fact, I might be stealing some of your pics! 🙂

That looks great and I agree that it is totally giving an “organic chic” vibe. And don’t worry, as time goes on your inspiration board will evolve, and you’ll probably end up with multiple! I think I’m on version 9 now, hahahaha.
If you feel like it isn’t portraying your colors well enough, a lot of people will put little color swatch squares somewhere on the board so that it is obvious what your color scheme will be.
