My dad doesn’t want to do a father-daughter dance. He and I are close, but it isnt a tradition in the culture he was raised, and plus he hates dancing- in fact, I’ve never seen him dance ever, in my entire life. However, my Fiance and Future Mother-In-Law are doing a Mother-Son dance, because it’s very important to her. So, I’d like to honor my fathr in some other way, so that it still feels even– I don’t want our guests thinking we didn’t have one because of some kind of bad blood between us, as we have a good relationship. Does anyone have any ideas on another way to honor my father in place of the father-daughter dance?
