Oh, this is too cute! I love it! We wanted to do some things like that too, but ran out of room. :( I think you have a lot of great things listed!
You have all of the things I was going to suggest! When I planned events like this in College we also did a Henna art station ... and I believe a candle making station ... and we had some other things too (will fill you in as I think of them just in case you're interested). But you seriously have a great list going on!
We're using a similar set-up for the elements of our wedding that need explaining to our guests. What about incorporating the guest book into one of those stations?
What about a pool table? The candle making station is awesome! I love that idea. Mask making? Henna is an awesome one too!
