Right now its like a toned down mustard color. Hate it. All of our towels and bath mats are gray and robin egg blue. My bedroom is painted a very light gray, so I don’t want to copy my bedroom…. The cabinets are white. Any suggestions!?!

I would say either paint the walls white and play up the robin egg blue in your accessories or paint the walls robin egg blue and use greys or whites in your accessories. It will give your bathroom a lovely fresh and light look…something like these;

i love spa like colors in a bathroom. Mint, Sage, even a darker gray could work depending on the space. Just try not to pick anything too bright. I love this color scheme i found on pinterest.

There is a color by Sherwin Williams called “Ivoire” that I love. I have it in my foyer and all my trim is white. I also have robin’s blue accent colors. It’s a gorgeous soft color.
When you google the color it looks like a mustard color, but trust me, it’s so much prettier in person. Almost like a yellow-ivory.

I know this is boring, but I like neutrals for bathrooms (because I feel like the lighting gets a little weird when there’s color on the walls, and then I worry that my makeup doesn’t look right in the mirror). But I do think spa blue is lovely in bathrooms!

I vote for Robin’s egg blue walls only because you voted out gray, my personal favorite for bathrooms. With most bathroom accessories white or ivory the blue will be a wonderful compliment.

I think a darker gray, like a lighter charcoal, would really compliment the bedroom and be sophisticated as hell! We painted one of our bathrooms black, and it is sexy and very grown up!
